# U.S. February ADP Employment Quick Review

In February, the ADP employment number in the United States increased by 63,000, the largest increase since July of last year, with expectations of an increase of 50,000. The previous value was revised from an increase of 22,000 to an increase of 11,000. The data shows that after nearly zero employment growth in 2025, the labor market is gradually stabilizing, and some employers are beginning to increase hiring as they gain a clearer understanding of President Trump's economic policies
