The Hang Seng Index closed up 0.44%, while the Hang Seng TECH Index closed down 0.36%. DONGFANG ELEC and Shanghai Electric rose over 15%, MINIMAX rose over 9%, and INNOSCIENCE rose over 7%; Western Cement fell over 26%, Shandong Molong and Sinopec Oilfield Service fell over 11%
