# It is reported that the mainland autonomous driving technology company Momenta has secretly submitted an IPO application in Hong Kong, aiming to raise at least 1 billion USD

According to sources cited by Bloomberg, Chinese autonomous driving technology company Momenta has secretly submitted an IPO application in Hong Kong, potentially aiming to raise at least $1 billion in the IPO.

It is reported that Momenta is supported by General Motors (GM.US) and Tencent (00700.HK), and the company is working with CICC (03908.HK) and Deutsche Bank on the listing matters. At the same time, the company has been meeting with investors to assess their preliminary interest in the company's IPO.

In response to the report, a representative from Momenta stated that there have been rumors of an IPO for some time, emphasizing that the company has always focused on business development rather than capital market-related matters
