# "Sino-Ocean GP" collaborates with the Suzhou High-Speed Rail New City Management Committee to promote the implementation of specific cooperation projects

According to domestic media reports, Zhu Feng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Suzhou High-speed Railway New City, recently visited the Beijing headquarters of SINO-OCEAN GP. He held in-depth discussions with Zhao Guangyao, Assistant to the President of SINO-OCEAN GP, on areas such as residential construction, commercial operations, cultural tourism industry, and revitalization of existing assets. The aim was to explore how to assist Suzhou High-speed Railway New City in creating a new national-level comprehensive hub through the "SINO-OCEAN Solution."

Zhao Guangyao stated at the meeting that Suzhou High-speed Railway New City, as a national-level comprehensive hub, possesses significant industrial vitality and growth potential. SINO-OCEAN's national layout is well-established, with a professional and stable team, and outstanding advantages in multi-business collaboration. He hopes that this meeting will serve as an opportunity to deeply integrate SINO-OCEAN's rich experience in various business chains and resource integration into the high-quality development of Suzhou High-speed Railway New City, contributing the "SINO-OCEAN Solution" to regional construction.
