Hangzhou sold a piece of residential land in Shangcheng District, with a land transfer area of 32,576 square meters, a planned construction area of 71,667.2 square meters, a floor area ratio of 2.2, and a starting price of 2.134 billion yuan, with a starting floor price of 29,776 yuan/square meter. After 109 rounds of bidding, Zhejiang Poly City Development Co., Ltd. (PDH) won the land with a total price of 3.224 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 44,985 yuan/square meter and a premium rate of 51.08%
