# China's Yinlun Gains After Its Mexican Plant Gets Large Order for Gas Generator Parts

(Yicai) March 6 -- Shares of Yinlun Machinery advanced after the Chinese manufacturer of heat exchangers said its Mexican factory secured a large contract for gas generator components from an overseas client.

Yinlun \[SHE: 002126\] closed up 5.9 percent at CNY54.31 (USD7.87) in Shenzhen today, after surging as much as 8.9 percent to a record-high of CNY55.83 in morning trading. The stock has gained over 47 percent since the beginning of last month.

Yinlun TDI, the company's subsidiary in the United States, received a notice that it was selected as the designated supplier of exhaust emission treatment systems by a renowned international machinery company for a gas generator project, Yinlun announced yesterday.

The order, scheduled to begin supply in the fourth quarter of this year, is expected to bring Yinlun annual sales of USD131 million, the firm noted, without disclosing the duration of the contract and the name of the client.

Yinlun's generator parts mainly include cooling modules, heat exchangers, and exhaust emission treatment systems. This contract is a strong recognition of the company's comprehensive strengths in global delivery capabilities, manufacturing standards, and quality management by the client, the firm said.

The explosive growth in artificial intelligence computing power has raised electricity demand, so gas generators with their high reliability and rapid response capabilities have become important supporting equipment for the development of the AI industry, with market demand continuously on the rise.

Yinlun is one of China's leading manufacturers of thermal management equipment for vehicles, counting automakers as its main clients. Its Shanghai plant is the supplier of Tesla's local factory. The company reported revenue of CNY12.7 billion (USD1.8 billion) in 2024, of which overseas sales accounted for about 26 percent, according to its latest annual report.
