# The new development "Kowloon Mid-Levels Tihua" four-bedroom unit sold for HKD 230 million, setting a new high for first-hand residential transaction prices in the Kowloon district this year

The Kowloon Peak developed by KERRY PPT (00683.HK) was sold today (6th) through a bidding process for the 5th Block, 3rd Floor, Unit B, a subdivided residential unit, marking the first transaction for the Peak in the Year of the Horse and setting a new high for the transaction price of first-hand residential properties in the Kowloon district in 2026.

The latest transaction unit is the subdivided residential unit at "The Peak," 5th Block, 3rd Floor, Unit B, with a usable area of 4,483 square feet, consisting of four bedrooms and four bathrooms along with two maid's rooms, which was just sold for HKD 230 million, with a price per usable square foot of approximately HKD 51,305. The transaction price includes two residential parking spaces.

To date, 48 units have been sold out of a total of 64 units in the project, achieving a cumulative sales rate of 75%, with a total transaction amount exceeding HKD 14.5 billion and an average transaction price per usable square foot exceeding HKD 58,000. There are still 14 standard subdivided residential units and 2 penthouse units with rooftop features available for sale
