# SHANSHAN brand issues a profit warning, expecting an annual net comprehensive profit of approximately 7 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease

According to the announcement from Shanshan (01749), the group expects to achieve a consolidated net profit of approximately RMB 7 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, and a consolidated net profit of approximately RMB 33.2 million for the year ending December 31, 2024.

The group anticipates that the decline in net profit is mainly due to factors such as weak market demand and intense competition among clothing brands. The apparel industry faced pressure and challenges in the second half of the year, leading to a decrease in order amounts from the group's distributors and work uniform sales channels, resulting in a decline in gross profit
