According to reporters, the specific operational management within Xibei is currently handled by Dong Junyi. An insider told reporters that although the company has not officially announced the resignation of Jia Guolong as CEO, Dong Junyi is managing daily operations in the role of CEO. Since taking office, Dong Junyi has proposed measures such as salary reductions for store management, store managers being responsible for reducing losses, and the cancellation of Xibei's previous characteristic management competition system, with the sole goal of helping Xibei overcome its difficulties. Reporters learned that Dong Junyi worked alongside Jia Guolong during the early stages of entrepreneurship and served as CEO of Xibei when Jia Guolong was exploring fast food.
