# National People's Congress representative and Chairman of Tongwei Group Liu Hanyuan: Suggests including the photovoltaic manufacturing sector in energy industry management

During this year's National Two Sessions, Liu Hanyuan, a representative of the National People's Congress, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of Tongwei Group, brought multiple suggestions covering various topics such as "anti-involution" in the photovoltaic industry and tax land use for photovoltaic projects. In his related suggestions, Liu Hanyuan believes that at this critical time when the country is fully promoting the "dual carbon" goals, the photovoltaic industry should no longer be managed like general manufacturing but should integrate the photovoltaic manufacturing segment into the energy industry management.
