# National People's Congress representative and Chairman of Transfar Group, Xu Guanju: Vigorously promote the AI+ manufacturing industry initiative and accelerate the cultivation and development of the intelligent industry ecosystem

At the 2026 National Two Sessions, Xu Guanju, a representative of the National People's Congress and chairman of Transfar Group, suggested vigorously promoting the AI + manufacturing industry initiative and accelerating the cultivation and development of the intelligent industry ecosystem. In this regard, he proposed four suggestions: First, systematically research and define the top-level architecture of "Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing." Second, accelerate the cultivation of benchmarks and standards for "Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing" to lead the intelligent upgrade of the industry. Third, create an industry-level "intelligent brain" to strengthen the new infrastructure of the intelligent industry ecosystem.
