# Minimax and KNOWLEDGE ATLAS frequently make the list! OpenClaw founder launches the most suitable lobster model ranking

A few hours ago, OpenClaw founder Peter Steinberger ranked 32 models based on three dimensions—success rate, speed, and cost—to see which model is most suitable for OpenClaw.

Chinese models are still very competitive, with Minimax, KNOWLEDGE ATLAS, Qianwen, and Kimi frequently dominating the top five. Among overseas models, Google topped the success rate list, while gpt-5-nano ranked first in the cost list.

The top five in success rate are:
