# Civil servants "farming lobsters" have gone viral, with some claiming to earn 260,000 yuan from door-to-door installation! Ma Huateng said he didn't expect "lobsters" to be so popular

On March 7th, during the group meeting of the Guangdong delegation at the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress, Gao Wen, a national representative, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and director of Pengcheng Laboratory, mentioned the recently popular "raising lobsters" in his speech. He stated, "Last night, Ma Huateng said he didn't expect that this 'lobster' would become so popular."

According to Southern Daily, Gao Wen said that everyone now hopes to seize this opportunity. Guangdong, especially Shenzhen, has the conditions to rapidly advance and can promote the landing of related technological developments. From the perspective of technological innovation, an earlier layout can also attract the participation of international companies, forming a stronger industrial influence.

Here, "lobster" does not refer to the aquatic animal that everyone is familiar with. "Lobster" is an AI Agent tool—OpenClaw, which is an open-source intelligent agent claimed to "take over the computer and free your hands." It is named after its icon, which is a red lobster. Why is it said to be "raising" lobsters? This is because it also uses the concept of Token (a "token" is the smallest unit for AI to understand human language); "you have to keep feeding it Tokens, and it will grow better and better."

Unlike DeepSeek and ChatGPT, which can be used with zero threshold, using OpenClaw has some barriers.

Previously, engineers from Tencent Cloud Lighthouse provided users with free one-stop installation teaching services for OpenClaw. The scene of nearly a thousand people queuing downstairs at Tencent went viral on social media.

Some programmers discovered business opportunities and made money by providing paid installation services for OpenClaw.

Searching for "lobster/OpenClaw on-site installation" on some platforms reveals that the service prices range from 300 yuan to 1000 yuan, with 500 yuan per session being the most common price. The service content includes local deployment, debugging, and basic usage guidance. The price for "remote installation" is 50 yuan to 100 yuan per session. Some netizens even claimed to have earned 260,000 yuan from this service within a few days
On March 7th, "Tencent QQ" announced that users can quickly create QQ robots that can interact with the AI tool OpenClaw through official channels.

According to information released by the Tencent QQ Open Platform, users only need to scan a QR code with their mobile QQ to complete the developer account registration. Creating a QQ robot can be done with just one mouse click, and after that, users only need to complete simple configurations in the OpenClaw runtime environment to bind it, allowing them to chat with the robot on QQ.

According to the official introduction, **a QQ number can create up to 5 independent QQ robots, which can issue commands to OpenClaw after being bound to the OpenClaw environment**; it supports sending and receiving multimedia messages such as Markdown, images, voice, and files, and can be used on both mobile QQ and desktop QQ.

On March 8th, "Civil Servants Have Started Using Government Lobsters" trended on Weibo.

According to Southern Plus reports, "Lobsters" have officially started "working" in two positions in the Futian District of Shenzhen.

——Public Demand "Analyst"

In the past, handling complaints and suggestions from the public relied entirely on manual review and classification, which was time-consuming and prone to missing key points. Now, the "Government Lobster" can automatically "digest" a massive amount of public opinion demands and quickly produce a "health report." It can accurately identify what concerns people the most, where the most problems are, and even predict potential risks in advance.

**——Health Permit "Counselor"**

When applying for health permits for public places, the biggest worries are incomplete materials, incorrect forms, and the hassle of running around without getting it done. The "Government Lobster" can chat with you in plain language, asking, "Are you opening a barbershop or a gym?" Based on your answer, it actively informs you of the materials you need to prepare and can even help pre-review the forms. The approval efficiency is increased by 2-3 times, alleviating the pressure on window consultations and allowing window staff to focus on more complex business processes.

A relevant person in charge of the Futian District Government Service and Data Management Bureau introduced that the AI intelligent employee 2.0 was completely independently developed by enterprises in the Futian area and has complete intellectual property rights. This special "colleague" does not drink coffee, does not need to take vacations, and can assist the public 24 hours a day Risk Warning and Disclaimer
