YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) announced that in February, the contract sales (including joint venture projects) amounted to approximately RMB 2.905 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 53.3%; the contract sales area was 106,900 square meters, a decrease of 7.6%.

In the first two months, the cumulative contract sales amounted to RMB 7.106 billion, a decrease of 44.6%, involving a sales area of 247,100 square meters, a decrease of 29.1%
