CHI MER LAND (00978.HK) announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Xi'an Zhaoxi Jinyue Real Estate from Cmsk (001979.SZ), which is primarily engaged in property development. The cash consideration is RMB 79.59 million and will be paid using internal resources
