ZHONGLIANG HLDG (02772.HK) announced that in February, the total contract sales amount, including joint ventures and associates, was 700 million RMB (the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 42.1%; the contracted sales area was approximately 72,000 square meters. The average selling price was 9,700 RMB per square meter.

In the first two months, the cumulative contract sales amount was 1.5 billion RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 35.1%; the sales area involved was 154,000 square meters. The average contract sales price was 9,700 RMB per square meter
