DIDA INC (02559.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a profit of between RMB 123 million and RMB 136 million for the fiscal year 2025, a decrease of 86%-88% compared to the previous year; adjusted profit is expected to be between RMB 131 million and RMB 145 million, a decline of 32%-38%; total revenue is projected to be between RMB 477 million and RMB 528 million, a decrease of 33%-39%. This is mainly due to poor macroeconomic conditions and price pressures from intense competition in the transportation industry, which have reduced ride-sharing activities and the number of orders completed by the company
