Axera Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced that the over-allotment option connected to its recent global H share offering was partially exercised, resulting in the issuance of 1,176,100 additional H shares, or about 1.12% of the original offer size, at HK$28.20 per share to meet delayed delivery commitments to certain investors.
