# LEAD INTELLIGENT partially exercised the over-allotment option, ending the price stabilization period

LEAD INTELLIGENT (00470.HK) announced that on March 8, the overall coordinator partially exercised the over-allotment option, involving a total of 400,000 shares, accounting for 0.37% of the total offering. The offering price was HKD 45.8, with additional net proceeds of HKD 18 million.

In addition, the stabilization period for the global offering ended on the same day. During this period, the stabilization agent J.P. Morgan Securities continuously purchased a total of 15,748,700 shares in the market, with each share priced between HKD 38.3 and HKD 45.8
