# CTF SERVICES will delist HKD 850 million convertible bonds from the Vienna Stock Exchange

CHOW TAI FOOK (0659.HK) stated that for the HKD 850 million 2.8% convertible bonds maturing in 2027, all conversion notices for the outstanding bonds have been delivered to the main agent, and all outstanding bonds will be fully converted into new shares next Tuesday (10th). After such conversions, there will be no issued and outstanding bonds remaining.

The company has also notified the Vienna Stock Exchange that the last trading day for the bonds is today (6th) and the bonds are expected to be delisted from the Vienna Stock Exchange next Tuesday
