# Kaishan Group: Subsidiary OME signs contract with Power Planet to jointly develop enhanced geothermal systems

On March 6th, Kaishan Group Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Open Mountain Energy, LLC, responsible for geothermal new energy development in North America, signed a cooperation term sheet with Power Planet, Inc., an American enhanced geothermal development company, to jointly develop enhanced geothermal system resources in the Humboldt House geothermal resource area in Nevada
