# "Northbound capital bottom-fishing" southbound funds' net inflow in the afternoon exceeded 33 billion yuan, and the Hang Seng Index's decline narrowed to 360 points

International oil prices sharply retreated from high levels, with southbound funds' net inflow exceeding 33 billion yuan in the afternoon, with the latest net inflow at 33.044 billion yuan. The Hang Seng Index opened down 681 points, initially falling 851 points to a low of 24,906 points. The Financial Times cited sources saying that the G7 and the International Energy Agency held a meeting to discuss releasing oil reserves. The Hang Seng Index's decline narrowed to 342 points, reaching 25,414 points, and closed at 25,393 points, down 363 points or 1.4%. The Hang Seng Tech Index fell 10 points or 0.2%, reporting 4,937 points, with a total market turnover of 350.7 billion yuan
