# Heyuan Fund announces share buyback, with over 40 million yuan in private equity buybacks this year

Heyuan Fund announced that based on its positive expectations for the long-term development of China's capital market and confidence in its own investment management capabilities, the company plans to use its own funds of RMB 20 million to subscribe to the fund products managed by the company within 3 months from the date of the announcement, sharing risks and benefits with investors
