As of March 9, 2026, 15:00, the Penghua Sci-Tech Innovation Bond ETF (551030) experienced a slight pullback, with a turnover rate of 61.64% during the session and a transaction volume of 12.18 billion yuan, indicating active market trading.

Huabao Securities pointed out that the bond market still has favorable conditions, awaiting a pullback for positioning. The net financing scale of government bonds in March was slightly lower than in February, and with an increase in trading days, the impact on liquidity is limited. Historically, the probability of bond market yields declining after the Two Sessions is relatively high, coupled with increased demand for bond allocation due to the widening gap in bank loan and deposit growth rates and uncertainties in the Middle East situation, the favorable conditions for the bond market remain.
