According to JD.com, Seven Fresh Kitchen, a subsidiary of JD.com, has officially launched an "Elderly Zone" in its nationwide stores. This zone focuses on providing low-oil, low-salt, and soft-textured dishes suitable for the elderly. To address the issue of some elderly individuals being unfamiliar with mobile operations, the platform offers convenient online payment options and supports children in placing orders on behalf of their parents, allowing them to watch live kitchen broadcasts in real-time.
