# Microsoft collaborates with Anthropic to launch Copilot Cowork to expand AI agent business

Microsoft (MSFT.US) announced on Monday that it plans to integrate Anthropic's artificial intelligence technology into its Copilot service to meet the growing demand for autonomous agents.

The company launched Copilot Cowork, a tool based on Anthropic's product Claude Cowork, which can handle complex tasks such as creating applications, building spreadsheets, and organizing large amounts of data with limited human supervision
