The Dow traded down 0.73% to 47,153.16 while the NASDAQ rose 0.11% to 22,411.59. The S&P 500 also fell, dropping, 0.28% to 6,721.10. In trading on Monday, financial stocks dipped by 1.8%. **Top Headline** Shares of **ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd.** (NYSE:ZIM) edged higher on Monday after the company released results for the fourth quarter. The company reported quarterly losses of 82 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of 57 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.485 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.503 billion. **Equities Trading UP**            - **Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd** (NASDAQ:AZI) shares shot up 143% to $0.64. AZI disclosed that the company’s controlling shareholder has fulfilled its previous commitment by injecting $7 million, with all funds now fully received. - Shares of **Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc** (NASDAQ:XENE) got a boost, surging 41% to $59.13 following the announcement of positive topline results from the Phase 3 X-TOLE2 study of azetukalner in focal onset seizures. - **Hims & Hers Health Inc** (NYSE:HIMS) shares were also up, gaining 38% to $21.76 after reports suggested that the company has agreed with Novo Nordisk to market weight-loss drugs from the Danish drugmaker on the Hims platform. Also, Novo Nordisk dropped its patent infringement case against the company. **Equities Trading DOWN** - **Silynxcom Ltd** (NYSE:SYNX) shares dropped 22% to $1.23. Silynxcom recently secured a purchase order exceeding $620,000 from a military force in the Middle East for the company’s Tactical Systems. - Shares of **Venu Holding Corp** (NYSE:VENU) were down 19% to $3.87 after the company announced the pricing of a $75 million underwritten public offering. - **Zeta Network Group** (NASDAQ:ZNB) was down, falling 16% to $0.19 as the company announced a reverse share split. **Commodities** In commodity news, oil traded up 3.8% to $94.34 while gold traded down 0.7% at $5,124.50. Silver traded up 1.1% to $85.275 on Monday, while copper rose 0.4% to $5.8280. **Euro zone** European shares were lower today.
