# UNITY GP HLDGS (1539) signed a memorandum of understanding to provide high-performance computing or AI GPU services

UNITY GP HLDGS (1539.HK) announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with PT Multipolar Technology Tbk, a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "Multipolar"). Both parties have agreed in principle to collaborate on on-demand AI GPU computing services to support the computing power needs of the Multipolar Group and its extensive local enterprise clients.

According to the memorandum, Multipolar intends to initially procure 1,024 artificial intelligence (AI) graphics processing units (GPUs) for high-performance computing and related services. UNITY GP HLDGS has access to advanced AI GPU computing power, related infrastructure, and hosting services through its existing trade network, and can meet enterprise-level technology, operational, and security standards, providing Multipolar with tailored computing power solutions.

The proposed services will deploy high-performance AI GPU infrastructure with large-scale processing capabilities, hosted within local data center facilities in Indonesia. It is expected to commence operations after completing debugging and acceptance procedures, with a planned cooperation period of several years, and specific terms to be defined in a formal agreement.

The memorandum signed this time serves only as a record of the consensus between the two parties, aimed at advancing the preparation of service documentation and execution planning; both parties will continue to negotiate commercial terms and prepare a formal cooperation agreement, which will cover comprehensive provisions such as the scope of services, service levels, performance standards, compliance requirements, and risk allocation.

The implementation of the formal agreement is subject to several preconditions, including Multipolar completing due diligence on UNITY GP HLDGS's technology, business, legal, and regulatory aspects and providing a positive evaluation, as well as obtaining relevant internal approvals from Multipolar. Prior to the signing of the formal agreement, the cooperation arrangements between the two parties are not legally binding
