Wireless communication module and solution provider **MEIG Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.** (3268.HK) made its debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Tuesday, opening with a slight increase of 0.6%. The stock price then fluctuated within a narrow range, closing at HKD 29.04 at noon, up 0.6%.

The company **offered** 40.25 million shares at a price of HKD 28.86 per share, raising a net amount of HKD 1.09 billion. The public offering was oversubscribed by 173 times, and the international placement was oversubscribed by 3.5 times, with a total of 8 cornerstone investors accounting for 39.47% of the offered shares.

55% of the net proceeds will be used to enhance research and development and innovation capabilities, about 10% for expanding overseas sales networks and promoting products abroad, approximately 10% for strategic investments or acquisitions, 15% for repaying interest-bearing bank loans, and the remaining 10% for general working capital.
