# ETF Daily Review | Science and Technology Innovation 200 and Construction Machinery-related ETFs rise over 5%, S&P Oil and Gas ETF falls over 9%

The three major indices rebounded collectively, with the Shenzhen Component Index rising over 2% and the ChiNext Index rising over 3%. From the sector perspective, the computing power hardware concept continued to rise, the power sector performed actively, and the commercial aerospace concept strengthened; on the downside, oil and gas stocks collectively fell, and the coal sector weakened.

In terms of ETF performance, the Science and Technology Innovation 200 and construction machinery-related ETFs rose over 5%.

Some brokerages stated that looking ahead, domestically, driven by the continuous updating demand and electrification trend, coupled with the narrowing decline in new construction area in the real estate sector, domestic demand is accelerating to recover. On the export side, with mineral product prices at historical highs driving demand in Australia, South America, and other regions, along with rapid growth in demand from emerging markets such as Africa and Indonesia, as well as construction machinery companies continuing to expand overseas, the export volume of major categories of construction machinery is also expected to maintain growth.

On the downside, the S&P Oil & Gas ETF fell over 9%.

In terms of news, international oil prices plummeted, and market expectations for easing geopolitical tensions have risen.

Some analysts believe that crude oil prices may have peaked, and the risk premium may gradually dissipate. From a technical perspective, the decline in oil prices from high levels indicates a shift in market sentiment, and it may enter a volatile downward range in the future.
