The group indicated that the profit recorded last year was mainly due to a decrease in the fair value loss of investment properties, a reduction in impairment losses of joint ventures, a decrease in goodwill impairment losses, and joint ventures turning losses into profits. ## Operating profit expected to grow by up to 64% TOWN HEALTH also stated that excluding the impact of "other income and net losses," it expects to record a shareholder attributable operating profit of HKD 26.5 million to HKD 41.6 million last year, which is an increase of 4.3% to 63.8% compared to the previous year's shareholder attributable operating profit of about HKD 25.4 million. ## Continuous operational efficiency and optimization of Hong Kong chain medical center layout TOWN HEALTH turned losses into profits as early as the interim results, pointing out that despite a severe operating environment, there were no significant adverse changes in operating performance. It is committed to continuously improving operational efficiency and is keen to optimize the layout of its chain medical centers in Hong Kong, particularly focusing on meeting the growing demand for high-cost-performance medical services, targeting densely populated community areas to establish multi-clinic comprehensive medical centers that provide one-stop medical services. At the same time, the group also launched "General Practice Telemedicine Services" last year to provide convenience for citizens. ## Partnering with China Life for overseas layout in the Greater Bay Area to build a one-stop health insurance ecosystem Regarding the trend of cross-border medical treatment, TOWN HEALTH signed a cooperation agreement last year with the Hong Kong branch of China Life Overseas Company to become a partner of "ENRICH•Yingjia," a one-stop health manager, planning to integrate existing healthcare resources in Hong Kong and mainland China across various business sectors. TOWN HEALTH stated that it will be guided by the health needs of over 86 million residents in the Greater Bay Area, connecting its chain medical centers, medical imaging and diagnostic centers, health management centers, hospitals, and internet hospitals to build a full-cycle, integrated, one-stop healthcare service ecosystem. ## Over 400 medical points and 810 medical personnel by the end of June last year As of the end of June last year, TOWN HEALTH had 422 medical service points, including 247 general practice, 63 specialist, 20 dental, and 92 auxiliary service points. In the first half of the year, TOWN HEALTH had a total of 810 doctors, dentists, and auxiliary service personnel providing medical services through its self-operated and joint-operated medical service center network ### Related Stocks - [CHINA LIFE (02628.HK)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/02628.HK.md) - [TOWN HEALTH (03886.HK)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/03886.HK.md) - [China Life (601628.CN)](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/601628.CN.md) ## Related News & Research - [Town Health Signals Return to Profit on Lower Impairments and Asset Losses](https://longbridge.com/en/news/278538017.md) - [DocGo Conference: CEO Maps “Healthcare at Any Address” as Company Targets $280M-$300M 2026 Revenue](https://longbridge.com/en/news/278395113.md) - [Jefferies Reaffirms Their Buy Rating on Amplifon S.p.A.
