TOMO HOLDINGS (06928.HK) expects a loss of approximately SGD 3.7 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, and a loss of approximately SGD 2.6 million for 2024. The board believes that the main reasons for the increase in losses are that travel expenses and remuneration fees have increased from approximately SGD 100,000 and SGD 100,000 in the corresponding years to approximately SGD 300,000 and SGD 600,000 for this year; and the net exchange gains and losses have turned from a net gain of approximately SGD 200,000 to a net loss of approximately SGD 300,000
