TIAN AN (00028.HK) and ALLIED GROUP (00373.HK) jointly announced that TIAN AN will acquire three properties in Shenzhen from Minghu Investment and Yuncheng Investment, each holding 50%. The properties include 50 units in Guangming Yungu Industrial Park, 34 residential units in Bantian Yungu, and a total of 40 units in Guangming Yungu Building, with a total cash consideration of RMB 676 million, which will be funded through internal resources
