# Central Bank: Continue to implement a moderately loose monetary policy, A500 ETF Fund (512050) to layout core assets in A-shares

On March 13, the three major A-share indices collectively turned positive during the trading session. In terms of sectors, storage chips, agriculture, batteries, green energy concepts, and chemicals strengthened, while cloud computing, cultivated diamonds, and aerospace satellite sectors declined. As of 11:05, the A500ETF fund (512050) rose by 0.08%. Among the holdings, Putailai and China Power Construction hit the daily limit, while Enjie Co., Crystal Optoelectronics, and Salt Lake Industry followed suit.

In terms of news, the central bank recently held a meeting where it stated that in the next phase, it will build a scientific and robust monetary policy system, continue to implement a moderately loose monetary policy, and increase counter-cyclical and cross-cyclical adjustment efforts to create a suitable monetary and financial environment for the economy to continue improving.

The director of the Chief Industry Research Institute at Guangkai stated that this year, the central bank will flexibly use tools such as reserve requirement ratio cuts and interest rate reductions to smooth the transmission channels of monetary policy, and better utilize structural monetary policy tools to precisely support key areas and weak links in the real economy, creating a suitable monetary and financial environment for sustained economic improvement. This year, the central bank may consider lowering the re-lending rate to further enhance the positive role of structural monetary policy tools in supporting economic structural optimization and upgrading, improving people's livelihoods, and stabilizing investment.
