# One-click call for Robotaxi on WeChat, WERIDE and XPeng announce integration with Tencent's mobility services

On March 13, WERIDE announced the deepening of its strategic cooperation with Tencent Cloud, with its Robotaxi (autonomous taxi) service officially integrated into the "Tencent Mobility Service" mini-program.

Additionally, XPeng also announced its integration into the "Tencent Mobility Service" mini-program. Starting today, users in the operational area of Guangzhou can call autonomous vehicles through this mini-program. The Robotaxi services of both companies will also soon be available within the Tencent Maps App.

This means that users do not need to download additional applications and can directly call and pay for autonomous taxis within WeChat.

According to the introduction, users can access the Tencent Mobility Service interface by going to "Me" - "Services" - "Mobility Service," entering their starting point and destination. If there is a WERIDE Robotaxi stop nearby, they can select the "Autonomous Driving - WERIDE" option to call a car with one click. Currently, this service is first available in the Guangzhou area, with plans to gradually expand to more cities in the future.

Relying on WeChat's vast ecological traffic, the autonomous driving service can be more conveniently integrated into daily travel scenarios, with the potential to drive the scale commercialization process of its Robotaxi business by increasing user usage frequency.

In the domestic market, WERIDE's Robotaxi has previously launched fully unmanned commercial operations in Guangzhou and Beijing, and has introduced the independent "WERIDE" App and WeChat mini-program.

With the continuous expansion of its operational network, data disclosed by WERIDE shows that as of January 2026, its global Robotaxi fleet size has surpassed 1,023 vehicles, with a subsequent goal of deploying 2,600 units globally by 2026 and tens of thousands by 2030. The company stated that it will continue to promote the large-scale commercial deployment of autonomous driving technology in collaboration with partners such as Tencent Cloud.

Similarly, XPeng has launched unmanned driving service operations in first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, with over a thousand autonomous travel vehicles, and has engaged in deep cooperation with numerous domestic and international partners to build an autonomous driving travel ecosystem. Its domestic partners include Tencent Cloud, Alipay, Didi Chuxing, Xihu Taxi, Sunshine Mobility, Ruqi Mobility, Jinjiang Taxi, and other mobility platforms.
