# Hong Kong enterprises first launched the lobster Openclaw application workshop, charging 788 HKD for installation, advocating the use of water purification machines to "raise lobsters" without data leakage

Recently, the rise of AI agents has sparked a "lobster" craze, and Hong Kong Broadband (1310) has announced the launch of the OpenClaw AI application plan, which will establish workshops to provide installation, training, and security protection. Zhou Jianyun, General Manager of Technical Business for Corporate Solutions at Hong Kong Broadband, stated that the current focus is on education and security guidance, and there are no chargeable application services at this stage. It is currently advocated that only individual users participate in the OpenClaw application through the "clean water machine."

## Workshop with Installation Fee of HKD 788

The "AI Lobster Farm OpenClaw application plan" launched by Hong Kong Broadband will set up application workshops, charging HKD 288, mainly to assist users in understanding the uses and application scenarios of AI, as well as recognizing security risks. If the workshop includes equipment installation services, the fee is HKD 788; the uninstallation service is HKD 488.

## Hong Kong Broadband: Incorrect Use Wastes 60% of Tokens

Zhou Jianyun stated that due to incorrect use of OpenClaw in the market, about 60% of tokens are wasted, increasing the cost burden on users' computing power. "Some conversations do not require the lobster, and there are faster methods; we will teach them best practices."

## Not Recommended for Enterprises: Risks Involved in Monetary Transactions

Zhou Jianyun mentioned that the company prioritizes the security risks of OpenClaw, "hoping to do well in the first two steps, focusing on safety and education." Currently, it tends to take a neutral role rather than providing AI agent services. He continued to point out that the current OpenClaw application is also recommended for use only by individual users, not enterprise users; at the same time, it advocates that customers use additional "clean water machines" (independent operating devices) for installation and avoid monetary transactions to prevent data leakage issues.

Zhou Jianyun explained that OpenClaw, like large language models (LLM), issues commands to AI through dialogue, but differs in that OpenClaw can obtain user permissions, automatically find execution methods, and self-learn and improve based on users' past habits, for example, it can manage emails, schedule appointments, fill out forms, etc.

Xiao Rongyan, CEO of Residential Solutions at Hong Kong Broadband, pointed out that AI development still has many security risks, but as it matures, its benefits and security practices can be gradually clarified. The company will then discuss business opportunities with partners to provide relevant services for Hong Kong citizens and enterprises
