The company showed steady growth in the fourth quarter, marking a solid end to its operations for the full year of 2025. In the fourth quarter, the order volume of DiDi's core platform (China mobility and international business) increased by 13.5% year-on-year to 4.844 billion orders, with a daily order peak exceeding 65 million. For the full year of 2025, the core platform's order volume reached 18.24 billion orders, a year-on-year increase of 14%. The increase in order volume led to an expansion in transaction scale. In the fourth quarter, the gross transaction value (GTV) of DiDi's core platform grew by 19.9% year-on-year to 123.8 billion yuan; for the full year of 2025, the total GTV of the core platform increased by 14.8% year-on-year to 450.8 billion yuan. This marks the 12th consecutive quarter of double-digit growth in order volume for China mobility since 2023. During the same period, the GTV for China mobility in the fourth quarter grew by 11.2% year-on-year to 87.2 billion yuan, while the GTV for the full year of 2025 increased by 10.7% year-on-year to 333.8 billion yuan. In recent years, the domestic mobility market has deepened, with users' personalized mobility needs gradually increasing and their demands for service quality becoming more mature. Over the past year, DiDi has been continuously expanding incremental markets through more diversified products and innovative experiences. As the core driving force of international business, the international ride-hailing service has maintained adjusted EBITDA profitability for two consecutive years. During the same period, the GTV of international business in the fourth quarter increased by 47.1% year-on-year, reaching 36.6 billion yuan; for the entire year of 2025, GTV is expected to grow by 28.2% year-on-year to 117 billion yuan. Currently, DiDi's international business covers 14 countries and regions in Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa, providing services such as transportation, food delivery, and finance to over 100 million local users. DiDi entered the Brazilian market in 2018 and has since accumulated 55 million active users, attracting approximately 1.5 million drivers to join the platform. Leveraging this network, DiDi's related services have covered over 3,300 towns and cities in Brazil. Among them, two-wheeled transportation services have completed over 2 billion orders in the past three years. Since announcing the restart of its food delivery business in Brazil last April, DiDi has accelerated the creation of a one-stop lifestyle service platform in Brazil.
