# TOM GROUP released its annual performance, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 205 million, a year-on-year decrease of 19.93%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TOM GROUP (02383) announced its annual results for the year ending December 31, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 735 million, an increase of 0.53% year-on-year; the annual loss attributable to ordinary shareholders was HKD 205 million, a decrease of 19.93% year-on-year; the loss per share was HKD 0.0518.

The announcement stated that the decrease in the loss attributable to shareholders from continuing operations was mainly due to a reduction in financing costs in 2025
