According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINA CHENGTONG (00217) announced its annual performance for the year ending December 31, 2025, with a revenue of HKD 579 million, an increase of 4.8% year-on-year; the profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 47.851 million, an increase of 23.9% year-on-year; basic earnings per share were HKD 0.80, and a final dividend of HKD 0.25 is proposed.

The year-on-year increase in revenue for 2025 is attributed to the accelerated delivery progress of the Chengtong Champs-Elysées project in the property development and investment sector of the group, which significantly boosted revenue
