# SpaceX reportedly initiates IPO process, hires two legal advisors to prepare for listing

Elon Musk's aerospace and satellite company SpaceX is moving towards an IPO. According to foreign media reports, the company has selected two legal advisors with the underwriting banks, marking the substantial preparation phase for this significant IPO. Reports indicate that SpaceX may submit a confidential listing application as early as this month, with a target valuation of up to $1.75 trillion, which would make it one of the highest-valued companies in the world.

According to informed sources, SpaceX has hired Gibson Dunn to represent the company in handling the listing matters, while the underwriting banks have chosen Davis Polk & Wardwell for legal consulting.

In February of this year, SpaceX acquired Musk's private xAI, integrating rockets, Starlink, the social platform X, and the chatbot Grok. (me/)
