# Early Bitcoin supporter Erik Voorhees has once again purchased gold tokens, spending a total of $23.76 million to acquire XAUT and PAXG

PANews reported on March 15 that according to monitoring by Lookonchain, early Bitcoin supporter and ShapeShift founder Erik Voorhees has resumed purchasing gold after a month-long pause. Since January 31, he has created 28 new wallets and spent $23.76 million to purchase 2,834 XAUT (worth $13.78 million) and 2,019 PAXG (worth $9.97 million), with an average price of $4,896 each. Currently, his profits have reached $513,000
