# The influencer miracle drug exosome turns out to be a product with three no's! So-Young has removed "related medical beauty projects" from the shelves

On March 15, the 2026 "CCTV 315 Gala" highlighted the chaos surrounding exosome medical aesthetics, noting that no exosome drugs have been approved for sale in China. The So-Young Anxinmei mini-program indicated that So-Young had the Qiaoluoshi AR exosome project for sale, directing users to offline medical aesthetic institutions. In response, So-Young stated that all exosome projects have now been taken down. A reporter from 21 Quick News subsequently searched for "exosome" in the So-Young mini-program and APP, and found that the related projects had disappeared.
