# Tianyancha data: Large models "poisoning" become a hidden concern for digital consumption, 6.02% of digital consumption-related enterprises have faced legal lawsuits

According to Radar Finance, the 315 Gala exposed that under the wave of digital consumption, the poisoning of large models has become a hidden concern. Criminals use tools like GEO to flood digital platforms with carefully crafted false promotional information, misleading large models in their data collection. When consumers rely on large models for consumption advice, they are easily misled by these "toxic messages," leading to incorrect consumption decisions and severely disrupting the order of the digital consumption market.

Data from Tianyancha Professional Edition shows that as of now, there are over 20,000 companies related to digital consumption in China. In terms of regional distribution, Guangdong, Hubei, and Zhejiang lead in the number of digital consumption-related companies, with over 4,800, over 2,100, and over 1,200 companies respectively.

Tianyancha's risk data indicates that among companies engaged in digital consumption-related businesses, 6.02% have faced legal litigation, 9.24% have experienced operational abnormalities, and 2.07% have been subject to administrative penalties.

According to in-depth risk data from Tianyancha, digital consumption-related companies have generated over 100 pieces of information about executors. Data from Tianyancha's judicial cases shows that cases involving sales contract disputes account for 30.94%, contract dispute-related cases account for 14.37%, and cases related to private lending disputes account for 9.84%.
