In response to the issues of substandard ingredients and quality at multiple "Liu Wenxiang Spicy Hot Pot" stores, Liu Wenxiang (Shandong) Brand Management Co., Ltd. issued an apology letter, announcing the immediate launch of a comprehensive rectification plan. The company will immediately cease cooperation with the involved stores, seal off problematic ingredients and destroy them all, cooperate with market regulatory authorities in the investigation, and assume legal responsibility. A nationwide self-inspection and correction campaign will be conducted at all stores, focusing on verifying the sources of ingredients, qualification documents, storage and processing, and labeling. All non-compliant stores will be shut down. Nationwide stores will gradually install network monitoring to monitor the status of each store's kitchen in real-time
