# ST YATAI: Disclosed the progress of the preparation and audit of the 2025 annual report, with the stock facing the risk of termination of listing

\*ST YATAI announced that the company's audited net assets at the end of the 2024 fiscal year are negative, and the stock will be subject to delisting risk warning starting from April 30, 2025. If relevant circumstances occur in the 2025 fiscal year, the stock will face the risk of being terminated from listing. As of now, the audit work for the 2025 financial statements is still ongoing, and the elimination of matters such as "potential triggering of the enforcement of pledged assets in the loan agreement" will be subject to the audit report. The preparation and audit work for the 2025 annual report are progressing in an orderly manner, and there are no significant disagreements between the company and the auditing firm. The scheduled disclosure date for the annual report is March 31, 2026
