# OJing Tech: Shareholders holding more than 5% reduced their holdings by 1.30%

OJing Tech announced that its shareholder Tianjin Wanzhao Huigu Real Estate Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, will reduce its holdings by a total of 2,491,900 shares from February 10 to March 13, 2026, through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.30% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, it will hold 24,383,100 shares, accounting for 12.67% of the total share capital. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan and has not been fully implemented, which will not have a significant impact on the company's governance and operations, nor will it lead to a change in control
