# "Profit Warning" Yuzhou Group's one-time loss last year was at least 9.2 billion yuan

YUZHOU GROUP (01628.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a profit of between RMB 19.8 billion and RMB 21.8 billion for the fiscal year 2025. The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to a gain of RMB 32.6 billion from the restructuring of overseas debt and a remeasurement of financial guarantee contracts of about RMB 2 billion. Excluding one-time gains, the annual loss attributable to shareholders is expected to be between RMB 9.2 billion and RMB 11.2 billion, compared to a loss of RMB 12 billion recorded in the previous year
