# TWINTEK Investment Holdings has entered into a supplemental placement agreement, continuing the suspension of trading

TWINTEK (06182.HK) announced that on March 12, 2026, the offeror and the placement agent, KGI Securities, entered into a supplemental placement agreement to extend the date for meeting the placement reduction conditions to March 31, 2026. The placement reduction is expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2026.

The company's shares have been suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 AM on December 17, 2025, and will continue to be suspended until further notice
