# 【New Stock IPO】【Subscription Situation】【Continuously Updated】Online DTC network solution provider FS.COM (3355) received HKD 39.6 billion in margin financing, oversubscribed by 231.9 times

Online DTC network solution provider FS.COM (3355.HK) is offering shares for subscription from March 13 to 18. As of yesterday (17th) evening, FS.COM has received HKD 39.6 billion in margin subscriptions, with a public offering subscription amount of HKD 170 million, equivalent to an oversubscription of 231.9 times.

FS.COM plans to issue 40 million H shares, with 10% available for public offering in Hong Kong. The offer price ranges from HKD 35.2 to HKD 41.6, aiming to raise up to HKD 1.66 billion. Each board lot consists of 100 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 4,202. FS.COM is expected to be listed for trading on March 23. CICC, CSC, and CMSC are the joint sponsors.
