# Brokerages "real money" increase holdings to show confidence, Securities ETF ChinaAMC (515010) rises 1.65%, institutions: performance catalyst elasticity is expected

On March 17th, the brokerage sector surged in the morning but fell back. As of the time of publication, **the Securities ETF ChinaAMC (515010) has narrowed its increase to 1.65%**, with the holdings such as Guosen Securities, GF Securities, and Eastmoney seeing slight reductions in their gains. The Financial Technology ETF ChinaAMC (516100) rose by 0.08%.

According to data disclosed by the People's Bank of China, the average daily trading volume of stock-based funds is expected to reach 1.7 trillion yuan for the entire year of 2025, an increase of 61.9% compared to 2024.

As reported by China Securities Journal, brokerages are increasing their holdings with "real money" to boost confidence. Since 2026, several listed brokerages or brokerage concept stocks, including Huatai Securities, Hongta Securities, and Guotai Junan Securities, have announced progress in increasing or repurchasing their shares, conveying confidence to the market with real capital. This aligns with institutional judgments on the brokerage sector's balanced configuration. Industry insiders believe that driven by factors such as increased market activity and the release of policy dividends, the brokerage sector is entering a resonance window for fundamentals and valuations.

**GF Securities analysis points out** that under the top-level design of building a strong financial nation and creating a first-class investment bank, the integration of brokerages under different controls aligns with policy guidance and will create a demonstration effect for regional collaborative integration in the industry, accelerating the optimization of the industry landscape. Currently, the brokerage sector is at a historically low valuation, and external risk events amplify short-term volatility. However, the stability of Chinese assets opens up configuration space, and the trend of incremental capital entering the market still exists. With the construction of a stable market mechanism, a slow bull trend can be expected, and capital market reforms will open up business increment space, highlighting the configuration value of the sector and the potential for performance catalytic elasticity.
